What to Expect
We strive to make your first experience with PEP Wellness Center smooth, supportive, and straight forward.
Here’s what you can expect when you get started:
Schedule your appointment.
After scheduling, a PEP Wellness Center representative will contact you to review next steps, request a copy of your insurance information for verification, and explain our office policies. Required paperwork will be provided for your review and signature.
Payment, Cancellation & Insurance Policy
Patients using an accepted insurance plan are responsible for all applicable co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles, which are due at the time of service.
For self-pay services, full payment is required at the time of the appointment.
PEP Wellness Center accepts the following forms of payment: cash, money order, cashier’s check, debit cards, and major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least one full business day in advance to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees. Additional details are outlined in our office policies, which are available upon request.
Please note that PEP Wellness Center does not currently accept Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans.
We are actively working to expand our insurance network and may accept additional plans in the future. Patients are encouraged to check back periodically for updates regarding insurance participation.
